Apricot & Yogurt Bagel

  • 1 Plain Bagel
  • 2 sliced apricot
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • honey or agave syrup
  • walnut


  • Lightly toast bagel in a toaster.
  • Spread each bagel half with yogurt.
  • To cut the apricot, slice around its seam, twist it in half, and lift out the pit gently, then slice into pieces.
  • Top each bagel half with sliced apricot to your liking…Bone Appetite!
